Applicant’s Data

i-Subz.com electronically receives Applicant application data. Applicants data and interviews, as well as the other positions that they have applied for with a potential employer may be made available to potential employers. i-Subz.com provides an option to the Employer (‘company’) to specify the option of deleting their data from our database. By default, accounts that are inactive and unpaid for 90 days are archived. After 180 days, they are deleted.

Processing of Data by Employer (‘company’)

i-Subz.com provides infrastructure to the Employer (‘company’) to access Applicants data and request substitute service. The data submitted by the applicant for employment is the property of i-Subz. i-Subz determine the policies regarding the duration of time the data is stored and processed. The Employer should use the data of the Applicants only for database selection purposes.


In no event shall i-Subz.com or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for failure to obtain employment, loss of potential wages, data or profit) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on i-Subz.com's Internet site, even if i-Subz.com or a i-Subz.com authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage. Because some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties, or limitations of liability for consequential or incidental damages, these limitations may not apply to you.

Revisions and Errata

All attempts to utilize a substitute directly recruited by i-Subz must be arranged solely through i-Subz portal, by written request or by phone call to an i-Subz representative. If client contact a substitute outside of i-Subz substitute system or procedures in attempts to direct them to substitute temporarily or permanently, it will be a means of immediate breach of contract.
